4. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are stated in CHF, VAT-inclusive where applicable.
• Invoices are sent at confirmation and payable within 10 business days.
• Some premium services require advance payment to begin.

5. Cancellation Policy

• 72+ hours prior: Full refund or free rescheduling.
• 48–72 hours: 50% refund applies.
• Under 48 hours: No refund due to resource allocation.

6. Client Obligations

• Share accurate information on property goals, legal status, and financial readiness.
• Respond promptly to documentation and appointment requests.
• Authorize third-party representation where applicable (e.g., power of attorney).
